This website, daisycall.com, is operated by Upstate Incubator LLC ("we", "us"). We want this to be simple and honest: we collect very little, and we only use it to tell you about Daisy.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Who it's for (parent, grandparent, or someone else), only if you choose to tell us.
• Standard server logs. Like nearly every website, our web server automatically records basic request details such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. We use these only to keep the site running and secure, and they are deleted automatically after about two weeks.

How we use it

We use your email only to contact you about Daisy's launch and your spot on the waitlist. The optional "who is it for" answer helps us understand who we're building for. That's it.

What we don't do

• We never sell or rent your information.
• We don't use advertising, analytics, or tracking tools of any kind.
• We don't set cookies.

Where it's stored

Waitlist information is stored on our own server in the United States. We don't share it with third parties, except service providers who host our infrastructure, or if we are required to by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@daisycall.com. We'll remove it from the waitlist promptly. You can also reply to any email we send to ask us to stop contacting you.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
